1. I have sent the cost of an Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II through a Bank Demand Draft and duly signed in DECLARATION on the Invoice Form which is duly verified by my Selling eBIZ Representative but I am unable to access my genealogy area?

Answer: In order to do the needful please send the Bank Demand Draft details (i.e. Bank Demand Draft Number, Issued Date, Issuing Bank etc.) and your eBIZ account details (i.e. Tracking ID, Distributor ID, Username etc.) at support.ebizel.com.

2. While trying to log in an error message displays "You are not eligible to visit this page"?

Answer: Either your Purchased Product is disabled for some reasons or we have not received your payment for the purchased product. For details please post your query at support.ebizel.com

3. I have purchased Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II and have also sold Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II to two other eBIZ Representatives. Purchasing eBIZ Representatives are working very hard and I am getting commissions due to the business generated by them. Would I continue to earn commissions forever, if I keep on maintaining my qualifying conditions every year?

Answer: eBIZ.com is engaged in a mission to literate the masses. Any person, who wishes to join eBIZ as an eBIZ Representative and wants to be engaged in promotion of our mission, is given incentives / commissions. But the commissions earned by an individual are directly proportional to his/her involvement / participation in promotion of our mission. If any eBIZ Representative is not actively involved in promoting the mission to the masses, or not participating in any event organized by eBIZ / eBIZ leaders or not conducting any event by himself / herself or reluctant to Teach / Train / Help personally sponsored eBIZ Representatives in promoting the eBIZ mission, the company reserves the right to deny all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission without any intimation to such eBIZ Representatives. In that condition the decision of eBIZ.com would be the final. In this case an eBIZ Representative will enjoy the product for entire purchased period. All our eBIZ Representatives are requested to write to us in case they are aware of any such case.

4. I feel misguided by an eBIZ Representative and want to get my cost paid towards the Purchased Product back, what should I do?

Answer: After taking all the information from any eBIZ Representative or after attending any meeting it is your duty to verify all details with your Selling eBIZ Representative. Then you must visit our website www.ebizel.com by yourself and re confirm all the information / details given to you by yourself. Must go through our Legals (Terms and Conditions) and FAQs properly before purchasing our product. You should deliver the Bank Draft and signed in DECLARATION on the Invoice Form for purchase of our product only after getting complete satisfaction with our product. It should be noted that company is not responsible for any kind of false commitment / information made / provided by any eBIZ Representative. Being a global company we do not have control over the functioning of each and every eBIZ Representative so, it is your duty to make sure that you have been provided with the correct information. However, if you still feel cheated or misguided, and you want your money back then send a written request for the cancellation of your product within 30 days (inclusive the payment receiving day) from the date of payment received by the company. The request for the cancellation can also be sent by posting cancellation request at support.ebizel.com. We shall refund your money after the deduction of a processing fee of Rs. 860/- (inclusive of all taxes). The refund money would be processed after expiry of 90 days. Please also note that after the expiry of 30 days no refund would be made in any circumstances.

5. I am not satisfied with the Product / Services and have sent the payment. For refund, as per the policy of the Company I failed to intimate for the cancellation of my product within the allotted time (which is 30 days from the date of payment received by the company). What should I do to recover my money paid towards purchasing the Educational Package?

Answer: After an expiry of this period, we cannot refund the money paid towards purchasing the Educational Package in any circumstances as we have already paid commission of your sale to your Selling eBIZ Representatives. However, you can transfer your purchased product to someone who is interested in our Educational Package / Services or want to do the business (which is optional). For any transfer the approval of the company is important.

6. I have sent the Cost of an Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II Through Demand Draft and Invoice Form but the status shows that my genealogy area is still not activated?

Answer: It means you might have sent us the Invoice Form without duly signed in DECLARATION contained in the Invoice Form. The DECLARATION must be signed by you and verified by your Selling eBIZ Representative. You are requested to send us DECLARATION duly signed in on the Invoice Form within 10 days from the date of registration of Purchase, otherwise your Product will be disabled and we will refund the cost of the Purchase Product after deducting applicable process fees and Bank charges if any.

7. Is it necessary to attend National Conventions organized by eBIZ ? What would happen if I could not attend National Convention due to some unavoidable circumstances?

Answer: Yes, it is mandatory to attend National Conventions organized by eBIZ, if you want to participate in our Business / Mission. Failing which you will be denied the benefit of all your organizational sales. But in case you could not attend due to some unavoidable circumstances, you need to write a letter to the company with the documentary proof for justifying your circumstances. On the basis of the documents produced by you, company would decide whether to waive your attendance or not. The decision of the company in the regard would be final. However, if you do not wish to participate in promotion of our Business / Mission and Just want to LEARN through our courses and want to use our product, this is not required for you to attend these events.

8. How many Quizzes an eBIZ Representative needs to pass successfully in a year (from the date of registration) to continue to get the benefit of the Business generated, if any?

Answer: Every year an eBIZ Representative needs to pass the final Quiz of at least one courses. He/she can get access to the final Quiz only when he/she successfully passes Quizzes on all chapters of that particular course.

9. How many Quizzes an eBIZ Retailer needs to pass successfully in a year (from the date of registration) to continue to get the benefit of the Business generated, if any?

Answer: Every year an eBIZ Retailer needs to pass the final Quiz of at least one course. He / She can get access to the final Quiz only when he / she successfully passes Quizzes on all chapters of that particular course.

10. How much time do I have to send the money for the purchased product?

Answer: Once you register to buy any one of our products, you will get the full product delivered to you online through the internet instantaneously and You get only 10 days to evaluate our product and send the cost of the Purchase Product.

11. If an eBIZ Representative wants to earn commission next year, is it necessary for him/her to help Paid Students pass online Quiz on Purchased eBIZ Educational Package?

Answer: To earn commissions for the next year, the Paid Students sponsored by an eBIZ Representative are not required to pass the Quiz. However, it is good to help them to pass the Quiz. The Paid Students will receive the certificate when they pass the final Quiz of a course. To appear in the final Quiz, one needs to pass all chapters Quiz of that particular course. Please note these online certificates are not recognized by any institute or any Govt. body.

12. Is it necessary to help Free Students to pass online Quiz on Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package to earn commissions for the next year by an eBIZ Representative?

Answer: Yes, each Free Student sponsored by an eBIZ Representative will have to pass the final Quiz of at least one course. One can get access to final Quiz of a course only when he/she successfully passes all chapters Quiz of that particular course.

13. How many Free Students are to be sponsored by an eBIZ Representative to get the commissions continued for the next year?

Answer: An eBIZ Representative will have to sponsor two Free Students and help them to pass the Quiz to get the commissions continued for the next year. [Note:- Quiz clearance means passing of final Quiz of any one subject(for eBIZ Representatives) and any one subject(for students).]

14. How can I get my lost password or Tracking ID?

Answer: Send us a written request along with a Bank Demand Draft of Rs.170/- inclusive all the Taxes, in favor of eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi to get your lost password or Tracking Id. Please, include Distributor ID, Username and mailing address with the request. We will send your password or Tracking Id by courier as soon as we receive your request.

15. Can an eBIZ Representative share information of any other Programme / Business or sign up other eBIZ Representative in any other similar Programme / Business?

Answer: No, this is absolutely not permitted. If any complaint is received that any eBIZ Representative is sharing information with other eBIZ Representatives of any other Programme / Business, then all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission from the company, will be denied to him/her with immediate effect without any notice.

16. As many eBIZ Representatives are earning very good income through eBIZ business opportunity so can I advertise indicating you may earn some amount per month or per week for attracting new eBIZ Representatives?

Answer: No, this is not legal to advertise any earnings as eBIZ incentive plan depends upon real hard work, which includes learning from the Company and then Teaching / Training / Helping to others as Many eBIZ Representatives may not do what is required to be successful, so they will not earn anything. It is very important to understand everything about eBIZ Mission / Business before promoting eBIZ Business / Mission. In case, you invite any legal problem due to any bad advertisement / promotion or due to lack of knowledge to explain / express our Business / Mission to Law enforcing Authorities, company will not be responsible for the same.

17. I have wrongly entered my Username. How can I change it?

Answer: Any kind of modification in Username is not possible once the online registration process is over.

18. What is the procedure for the Transfer of purchased Product?

Answer: Post your request at support.ebizel.com. company will investigate your request, if approved we will send you transfer form and other details via email.

19. How can I get the Username and password of a transferred Product?

Answer: After a transfer takes place we will mail all the details at the address provided by you on the transfer form.

20. Can we sell our product to eBIZ Representatives from countries outside India?

Answer: Yes, you can sell our online products to eBIZ Representatives outside India. eBIZ Representatives who want to promote eBIZ Business / eBIZ mission outside India must follow their Country / Province / State Law / Rules.

21. I have not submitted the photocopy of my PAN card. Would I be eligible to receive my commission cheques/TDS certificate?

Answer: If you have not submitted a photocopy of your PAN card, then please send it as soon as possible. We will not issue any commission cheque / TDS certificate in absence of proof of your PAN card.

22. I have purchased eBIZ package and received a set of CDs and other material from the company but I do not know how to learn, what shall I do?

Answer: Please note our all courses are designed to learn online or through offline CDs (for Indian eBIZ Representatives) without any help, however, it is the duty of the Purchasing eBIZ Representative to find out how to open our learning material on computers and learn using Tracking ID/Distributor ID and password from Selling eBIZ Representative. Also it is the duty of Purchasing eBIZ Representative to learn how to make use of the eBIZ CDs to learn our courses off-line. If the Selling eBIZ Representative is not helping, please send / post complaint to the company. Company will try its best to instruct the Selling eBIZ Representative to help you to know how our courses are to be learnt by yourself (without any help) using Computer and Internet at your own cost. If company could not succeed in getting in touch with your Selling eBIZ Representative, you are advised to come to our office for such help.In case it is not possible for you to come to our office one of our representatives will help you to facilitate Learning through our courses by phone or through our Ticket based Support System.

23. How much time does it takes in activating the genealogy area if payment is made by cheque?

Answer: We do not entertain payments through cheques. The payment for purchase of any package should only be made through Demand Draft payable at New Delhi only.

24. How much time does it take to activate the genealogy area if payment is made by Bank Demand Draft?

Answer: The genealogy area is activated next day after receiving the Demand Draft. However, in case it is not cleared / bounced, the Purchased Product would be deactivated / disabled.

25. After purchasing the Product online I could not send the money on time and the Purchased Product is disabled. Can this disabled Purchased Product be again enabled?

Answer: If your Purchased Product is disabled due to non-receipt of your payment within 10 days then it can not be reactivated / enabled.

26. Why one of my eBIZ Representative name from my organization is shown in black?

Answer: If any of the names is shown in black, it means the Purchased Product has been disabled.

27. I have sold Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II to many people in my organization; still I have not received any cheque. Why?

Answer: You start receiving commission only when you fulfill the criteria fixed for commission earning. In order to receive your first commission cheque you must have three sales in your sale organization in 1:2 or 2:1 ratio in both legs and out of these three sales two sales must be directly sponsored by you.

28. I have seen online the last commission earned but I have not received it yet.

Answer: If you are 18 years of age and have sent us the photocopy of your PAN card then you are requested to wait for at least 10-15 days depending on the location of your residence as all commission cheques are sent either through courier or speed post / registered mail. If you do fulfill the mentioned conditions and still have not received your cheque within this period then send / post your query at support.ebizel.com.

29. I have updated my address in update profile, but I am still receiving cheques at my old address.

Answer: The modification done in the address through the update profile is only for public view (for Sponsor and eBIZ Representatives only). So after updating your address through update profile option send us your new address along with your Tracking ID, Distributor ID, Username and any Photo ID (Passport, Voter ID Card, Driving License, PAN card etc) at support.ebizel.com for updating your current mailing address in our records.

30. Can I register Free Student anytime I want?

Answer: You have to register Two Free Students every year and help them to pass the Quiz on any course as a part of our mission.

31. Who is an eBIZ Retailer?

Answer: An eBIZ Retailer is one who can get oneself registered as an eBIZ Retailer without paying any Cost. We will provide courses available in Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package to all our eBIZ Retailers. These eBIZ Retailers can also earn through Retail Compensation Plan. Please, click on Business Section for more information.

32. Who is an eBIZ Representative?

Answer: An eBIZ Representative is one who has Purchased Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II of Rs.12979/- (Inclusive of all taxes) or US$ 400. eBIZ Representative is provided access to genealogy and all our services throughout the Purchased Period. eBIZ Representative can also earn through Retail and Group Compensation Plans, if they wish to promote our Business / Mission, by way of working very hard.

33. Can I join any other Marketing company dealing with same/different product and doing the business of similar nature ?

Answer: No, you can not join any other Marketing company selling same/different product or any other business of similar nature. If we receive any complaint against you that you have joined any other Marketing company or business of similar nature then you would lose your right to get all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission from eBIZ. However, you may continue to enjoy online learning through product purchased by you for the entire purchased period.

34. Can we make the payment ( Cash / Demand Draft / Cheque ) for the purchase products to our selling eBIZ Representatives on behalf of Company ?

Answer: Cost of product should be paid only through Demand Draft and directly to be sent to the company by the purchasing eBIZ Representative. If any payment on behalf of the company is made to any selling eBIZ Representative through any mode, company will not be responsible for any loss ( if any ). The purchasing eBIZ Representative himself / herself will be responsible for any such loss ( if any ).

35. By purchasing more than one Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II in my name, can I create Multiple Business Centers in my organization to create more income?

Answer: No, you can not buy more than one Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II. As purchasing of more than one eBIZ Package for creation of Multiple Business Centers in your organization to generate more income is not allowed and violation of this would result in cancellation of all the created Multiple Business Centers without any notice.

36. I have purchased Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II. Can I purchase another Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II on the name of my spouse?

Answer: Yes you may do so.

37. Why my last name is appearing twice?

Answer: You might have entered your first name twice or entered the same name both in first and last name. Kindly send / post us a request at support.ebizel.com with your Tracking ID, Distributor ID and Username for correction of the same.

38. What will happen if any eBIZ Representative is found to involve in anti-company activities?

Answer: This is very serious, if any eBIZ Representative is found not following our LEGALS (Terms and Conditions) / FAQs or found to indulge in any anti-company activity in any manner or found disturbing the private or public business meeting or free teaching seminar organized by eBIZ Representatives or by the company, all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission from the company, will be denied to him / her with immediate effect and without any notice. However, he / she may continue to enjoy online learning of Purchased Product for the entire purchased period.

39. How many Paid Students are to be sponsored by an eBIZ Retailer to continue to get commissions for the next year?

Answer: To continue to get commissions for the next year from Retail Compensation Plans, an eBIZ Retailer is required to sell eBIZ Educational Package to at least two Students (Paid Students) during current year of registration.

40. I am sending / posting lots of queries to the company but not getting any response?

Answer: It has been observed that many eBIZ Representatives are sending irrelevant queries and asking irrelevant question unnecessarily on continuous basis. We have given all the required information about the Company and all other details on our website. So it is advised to all the eBIZ Representatives to visit our website in order to know their concerns or ask their introducing active senior Leader eBIZ Representatives. Please note no irrelevant queries would be replied by the company. Please do not ask about anything which is not given on our website.

41. I have given cost of the Purchased Product through Bank Demand Draft to the selling eBIZ Representative for sending it to the company. I have not signed any DECLARATION on the Invoice Form or any agreement to buy any package. Since I have not signed any DECLARATION given on the Invoice Form, would my payment be considered towards the purchased package?

Answer: Our product is given “online” only after agreeing to the LEGALS (Terms and Conditions) and FAQs applicable to the purchase of our package by clicking a CHECKBOX while online registration for the purchase of product. Without online acceptance (which is done by clicking CHECKBOX during online purchase) our product can not be purchased. It is sufficient for us to accept your payment and deliver our product online, if you have clicked CHECKBOX (it is very important to click CHECKBOX only if you Read and Agree to our LEGALS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS / FAQs properly). It is important to see the contents of our product and if our product is found useful then only cost of the Purchased Product should be sent. However, in order to make double sure that you have seen our product online and you are completely satisfied with our product and agree to our LEGALS (TERMS AND CONDITIONS) and FAQs, we do ask for a DECLARATION given on the Invoice Form duly signed in by you and verified by your Selling eBIZ Representative. It is duty of the Selling eBIZ Representative to see the authenticity of your signatures. If you feel that your Selling eBIZ Representative has forged your signatures, you can directly address this issue with the Selling eBIZ Representative and in case not solved please forward a complaint to the company. Such Selling eBIZ Representative will be penalised (if found guilty) as per the rules of the company.

42. I have sent the Bank Demand Draft along with invoice but the status shows that my Purchased Product has still not been activated?

Answer: It is the duty of the Purchasing eBIZ Representative to see whether his Purchased Product is activated (turned green) within 10 days after sending the duly signed in DECLARATION on the Invoice Form by the Purchasing eBIZ Representative which is duly verified by the Selling eBIZ Representatives along with Bank Demand Draft. If the Purchased Product is not activated (turned green) within this period, it is the duty of the Purchasing eBIZ Representative to contact our office immediately. We must receive the cost of the package with duly signed in DECLARATION given on the Invoice Form within 10 days from the date of registration for the Purchase of Product otherwise your purchased product will be disabled. Please note that your money may be refunded after deducting the processing fee of Rs 170/- ,if the cost of the purchase product is received after 10 days from the date of registration for the Purchase.

43. My password and other details are disclosed during online registration for the purchase of Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II, what should I do now?

Answer: It is your duty to change all the confidential information like password etc. immediately, after taking all the information from your Selling eBIZ Representative. We will not be responsible for any mishappening in this regard.

44. In order to advertise eBIZ Business / Mission through the print media do I need to seek any permission from the company?

Answer: Before advertising you must send us the advertisement material for approval. Severe action would be taken if we observe any bad advertisement (which violates any of the law of the land or public policies) without permission of the company.

45. Is it necessary to follow LEGALS (TERMS AND CONDITIONS) and other information given on the website www.ebizel.com for promoting eBIZ Business/Mission?

Answer: This is mandatory to follow our LEGALS (TERMS AND CONDITIONS), FAQs and other information given on our website. Any anti-company activities or non performance of any activity / activities as required for promotion of eBIZ Business / Mission would amount to suspension / cancellation of all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission and denial of continuation of our Business / Mission. Decision of the company in this regard would be final.

46. How much time does it take to get my earned commission cheque?

Answer: The commission cheque to the qualifying eBIZ Representatives will be reached by courier or speed post within 20 days from the day commission is calculated. Online commission / NEFT will be transferred directly to your Bank account provided by you within 8 days from the day commission is calculated. If the payment not reached at your Address / Bank Account within the specified period, you are requested to post / send your query at support.ebizel.com with details of the earned commission.

47. I have purchased Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II, can I purchase the same package again?

Answer: No, you can not purchase the same package again. However, if your purchased product is expired, you may buy Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II from the same sponsoring eBIZ Representative any time or from any other eBIZ Representative after 1 month of the expiry of your purchased product.

48. Is there any charge for resending the returned Package of CDs / Cheques?

Answer: If your Package of CDs / Cheques have been returned due to wrong / incomplete address or your non-availability, then you have to send a Demand Draft of Rs. 170/- for each Package of CD / Cheque with your complete address and account details (Distributor ID, Tracking ID, User name etc) to resend your returned Package of CDs / Cheques.

49. I have submitted a request for cancellation of purchased Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II. Is it possible to buy again Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II through any other Selling eBIZ Representative?

Answer: If you have already cancelled the purchased Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II, you can not buy the same package again through any other Selling eBIZ Representative for a period of 1 month from the date of cancellation. However, you may buy our Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II anytime from your original Selling / Sponsoring eBIZ Representative.

50. Is it necessary to seek permission of the company for production of any Books, CDs, VCDs or Audio cassettes for distribution to other eBIZ Representatives for promotion of eBIZ Business / Mission?

Answer: Yes, you must take a written permission from eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. for Free distribution of the material produced by you to other eBIZ Representatives. Company does not allow in any circumstances sale of any material produced such as CDs, VCDs, Books etc. by any eBIZ Representative to other eBIZ Representatives directly or indirectly. However, any produced material could be distributed Free of Cost to other eBIZ Representatives for promotion of our Business / Mission with the prior written permission of the company, failing which will lead to denial of all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission of the Producing eBIZ Representatives and the Selling eBIZ Representatives without any prior notice. However, you will continue to enjoy our products for the entire purchased period.

51. I have attended various Conventions / Seminars / Workshops / Training Programmes and Silver / Gold / Diamond / Diplomat and above meet organized by eBIZ and now I want to organize a Convention / Seminar / Training Programme or Silver / Gold / Diamond / Diplomat and above meet on my own. Can I do so with the help of my Leaders?

Answer: Yes, you may organize any Convention / Seminar / Training Programme or Silver / Gold / Diamond / Diplomat and above meet on your own. In order to conduct any such event, you need to inform and seek approval of President eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. In any circumstances organizing eBIZ Representatives are not allowed to charge Entry Fee of more than Rs 100/- (if required) for 1 day and Rs 200/-(if required) for 2 days Convention / Seminar / Training Programme or any such events. eBIZ Representatives organizing Business Building / Product Demonstration meetings are not allowed to charge Entry Fee of more than Rs 50/- (if required). In case you need to charge Entry Fee of more than Rs.50/- from the eBIZ Representatives / Guests for organizing such meetings, you need to seek prior written permission of the company. We strongly recommend the entry fees for any event should be taken only for meeting the expenses of the event and no additional charge should be taken in any circumstances. eBIZ Representative sharing any portion of money for promotion of any event organized by eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. or by them or by any leaders would be viewed very seriously. President eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. or any Leader authorized by President eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. can investigate the total amount collected and spent for conduct of any event organized by any eBIZ Representative. Please note that any taxes (if applicable) is the liability of the organizing eBIZ Representative(s) of such event and company will not be responsible for any taxes (if applicable).

52. Is it necessary to attend the compulsory events organized by eBIZ ?

Answer: Yes, It is mandatory to attend the compulsory events organized by eBIZ, Failing which the continuation of eBIZ Business / Mission would be denied.

53. Could I share information which is not given on our Website www.ebizel.com but provided by our senior selling eBIZ Representatives or others for the promotion of eBIZ Business / Mission?

Answer: Only information available at our website related to Company or its President / Directors should be given to other eBIZ Representatives / Guests for promotion of eBIZ Business / Mission. 54. I am organizing several weekly Business / Product meetings for my eBIZ Representatives and their Guest for promotion of eBIZ Business / Mission. Do I need to inform about these meetings to the company?

Answer: All Diamond and above eBIZ Representatives must inform all the Business / Product meetings organized by him / her every month. Failing which will lead to denial of all pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission without any prior notice. The decision of the company in this regard would be final and shall be binding on the eBIZ Representatives.

55. Is there any charge for resending the returned online commission transfer?

Answer: If your Online Commission transfer have been returned due to wrong Bank details or account closure, then you have to send a Bank Demand Draft of Rs. 170/- for each returned online commission transferred with your complete address, Distributor ID, Tracking ID, User name etc, with Properly filled Online Commission Transfer form ( For fund transfer only ) available in download section at our website www.ebizel.com to resend your commission cheque / transfer.

56. As an eBIZ Retailer I have not registered two Paid Students in my current year of registration. To continue my Product / Services what should I do?

Answer: As per LEGALS (TERMS AND CONDITIONS) specified for the eBIZ Retailer, To continue Product / Services, eBIZ Retailer has to registered two Paid Students in a calendar year, otherwise his / her services of Learn and Grow, will be terminated. 57. I am an eBIZ Retailer. Can I sell Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II?

Answer: No, As an eBIZ Retailer you can not sell Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II. eBIZ Retailer can sell only eBIZ Educational Package (Total Rs.4580/- (inclusive of all Taxes) and in US dollars the cost of the Package is US $100.)

58. I am an eBIZ Retailer. Can I convert myself to eBIZ Representative?

Answer: No.

59. I am an eBIZ Retailer. Is it necessary for me to help Paid students to pass online Quiz on eBIZ Educational Package to Continue Free Product / Service offered for the next year along with opportunity to grow?

Answer: No, it is not necessary

60. What is the meaning of Business of Similar Nature as mentioned in Clause (XLVII) and others in Legals?

Answer: Any Direct Sale / Network / Referral Marketing Business dealing with any Products / Services with any Business Model is termed as Business of Similar Nature.

61. What is the meaning of "Join / Commence" Business directly or indirectly as mentioned in Clause (XLVII) and others in Legals?

Answer: Joining / Commencing Business of similar nature directly or indirectly means that you can not Join / Commence Business of similar nature (as defined in Q: 66) directly on your name or indirectly on the name of your Spouse, Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, any close relative or through any legal entity or incorporated company.

62. Is it necessary to pass online Quiz on Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package to earn commissions by an eBIZ Retailer?

Answer: Yes, each eBIZ Retailer will have to pass the final Quiz of at least one course every year to continue Learning our Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package and Earn Commission from Retail Compensation Plan. One can get access to final Quiz of a course only when he/she successfully passes all chapters Quiz of that particular course.

63. Can I get Commission under Retail Compensation Plan by selling eBIZ Educational Package?

Answer: Yes. Under Retail Compensation Plan you will get Rs 1000/- or in US $20 on each sale of eBIZ Educational Package.

64. I have registered and made the payment towards the purchase of the product but still have not received offline product. When will I receive the product?

Answer: It will delivered after 45days from the day we receive the payment towards the purchase of eBIZ products.

65. Can Any eBIZ Representative demand / accept any partial / registration amount for sale of any eBIZ product?

Answer: No eBIZ Representative is allowed to accept any partial or full amount in cash for the sale of any eBIZ product in any circumstances. Purchasing eBIZ Representative must send the Cost of the product directly through a Demand Draft made by them directly on the name of eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. only to eBIZ House.

66. Is it necessary to send AFFIDAVIT as given in login area for all Silver and Above eBIZ Representatives?

Answer: All Silver and Above eBIZ Representatives must send AFFIDAVIT to eBIZ office within 30 days from the day they have achieved new designation otherwise all the pending, forthcoming as well as on going commission would be stopped without any prior notice.
